Administration:
Gerald S. Reimer is a graduate of Thunderbird, The Garvin School of International Management where he earned his MBA. He has worked for companies in domestic and international assignments that had revenue ranging from $40 million to $16 billion annually including Honda R&D, EDS, Deloitte & Touché, Omnium Worldwide, and NDS.
In addition, Gerald has managed, renovated, and built apartments in West Omaha over the past 15 years while serving in the various above mentioned corporate positions. He is now devoting 100% of his time to pursue his real estate development ambitions.

Sarah Tracey, Creative Director
Sarah is an Omaha native and a graduate of University of Nebraska-Lincoln where she received her degree in Interior Design. She is also currently pursuing a Master(s) of Science degree in Architecture. Working for Urban Village for three years and counting, she brings a young perspective and an energetic personality to the team, as well as a long-time love for painting and enthusiasm for all things art. Sarah has creatively/innovatively contributed to multiple aspects of Urban Village, working to effectively revitalize the Midtown Omaha neighborhood into a stronger real estate market, but also turn it into a hub for a new emerging Omaha style. Sarah looks forward to future Urban Village developments, ready to design with a recently discovered interest in Omaha history/art deco buildings.
Scott D. Semrad is a graduate of the University of Colorado, Leeds School of Business where he earned his MBA. He has worked for companies ranging from large global financial institutions to regional real estate development firms. Scott spent four years as a Financial Advisor with UBS PaineWebber before returning to school to earn his MBA. After his MBA Scott worked in acquisitions for Dividend Capital Trust, a large industrial REIT based in Denver, Colorado. From there he moved to an acquisitions and finance role for Mackenzie House, LLC; a regional real estate development firm focusing on senior housing, apartments, and condominiums.
Scott relocated to Omaha, Nebraska in August of 2007 to be closer to family. In the fall of 2007 Scott and Jerry were introduced to each other by a real estate professional who suggested that they consider formally a real estate partnership. After due diligence the two founded Midtown Properties, LLC in 2008 and later developed the Urban Village Brand in 2009.
